Our product does not contain gluten, however it is produced in a facility that uses gluten so due to the risk of trace amounts we don't make the claim it's 100% gluten free. To be gluten free in Australia there needs to be less than 5 parts per million of detectable gluten in a laboratory test (the global level is 20 parts per million). During lab tests on our seltzer traces of gluten were “undetectable” so we believe safe for a coeliac however we can’t officially say gluten free. We have many Coeliacs buying Hop Valley.
