Don't get us wrong, we are all about promoting a healthy lifestyle here at Hop Valley Seltzer, but every now and again we think you are allowed to treat yourself right?! Just in time for New Years Eve, our good friends at Pomona Distillery have created an epic cocktail using yours truly!
The "Hopped Highball" is the perfect summer cocktail, boasting delicious aromatic flavours of our very own Hop Water, the smooth notes of Pomona's Signature Dry Gin & topped with a sprig of mint. Simplistic, refreshing deliciousness is the secret to this thirst quencher.
THE HOPPED HIGHBALL
Serves 1
Ingredients
45 mls Pomona signature dry gin
1 chilled bottle Hop Valley Seltzer
Fresh Mint
Ice
Method
Place a highball glass in the refrigerator to chill
Fill your glass with desired amount of ice and the pour your 45 mls of Gin over the ice
Throw in approximately 3 springs of fresh mint and top with Hop Seltzer (will use about 1/2 the bottle depending on glass size)
Sit back and enjoy
